Large diameter elbow

Large diameter elbow is curved connecting pieces that join straight lengths of pipe, commonly at a 90° or 45° angle, allowing obstructions to be avoided in plumbing, ventilation, welding, and automotive applications. ASME B16.9 Standard covers overall dimensions, tolerances, ratings, testing, and markings for factory-made wrought buttwelding fittings in sizes NPS 1⁄2 through NPS 48 (DN 15 through DN 1200). Size range: 20 "-62" Inch Wall thickness: Sch5-Sch160 XXS Material: Carbon steel: ASTM A234 WPB, WPC, ASTM A420 WPL1, WPL3, WPL6, WPHY42, 46, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70 Alloy steel: ASTM A234 WP1, WP12, WP11, WP22, WP5, WP7, WP8, WP91 API5L X42 X52 X56 X60 X65 X70 X80 Stainless steel: ASME A403 WP304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310 Standards: ANSI, DIN, JIS, GB, ASTM, JB, SH, YB, SY, HG, API ASME Usage: Petroleum, chemical, power, gas, metallurgy. Our pipe elbows are widely used in many industries, such as power generation, petroleum, natural ga

Small size elbow

We supply a full range of Small size elbow schedules ranging from SCH 5 thru Double Extra Heavy, we deliver Small size elbow with Exceptional sizes & Quality. When the two ends differ in size, the fitting is called a reducing elbow or reducer elbow. Normally long radius elbows are used in piping as pressure loss is less as compared to short radius elbow. It required more space than short radius elbow. Small size elbow is curved connecting pieces that join straight lengths of pipe, commonly at a 90° or 45° angle, allowing obstructions to be avoided in plumbing, ventilation, welding, and automotive applications.   Sunny Steel is the most acclaimed manufacturer, exporter, distributor and supplier of industrial Small size elbow with required test certificates. You can also Order small quantities, we will be happy to quote best price for small and large quantities & can typically deliver the Small size elbow in minimum time frame anywhere around the gl

Reducing elbow

A reducing elbow is a type of fitting which is used to join two pieces of pipe of different sizes. The reducing elbow is so called because it looks like a reducing piece and elbow combined into one. In long radius elbow, centreline radius is 1.5 times the nominal size of the pipe or you can say 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe. When the two ends differ in size, the fitting is called a reducing elbow or reducer elbow. Normally long radius elbows are used in piping as pressure loss is less as compared to short radius elbow. It required more space than short radius elbow. An elbow is a pipe fitting installed between two lengths of pipe or tubing to allow a change of direction, usually a 180° or 90° angle, though 45° elbows are also made. The ends may be machined for butt welding (SW) or socketed welding(SW) etc. Types of reducing elbow: The reducing elbows are available in various types like: 90° reducing elbow 45° reducing e

Short radius elbows

The short radius elbows have a center-to-end distance equal to the Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) in inches, while the long radius is 1.5 times the NPS in inches. Short elbows are widely available, and are typically used in pressurized systems. The degree types of short radius pipe elbows as below: 45 degree short radius elbow 90 degree Short Radius Elbow 180 degree short radius elbow SR (Short Radius) Elbows have a Center-to-Face dimension of 1.0 X diameter. They are typically used in tight areas where clearance is the main issue. ASME B16.9 90°Short Radius Elbow Dimensional Tolerance NPS O.D. API pipe bend

Line pipe grade designations come from API Spec 5L Specification for Line Pipe. Standard Line Pipe has grade designation A and B. API 5L Line Pipe Physical Properties Stronger grades have the designation X followed by the specified minimum yield strength of the pipe steel, measured in kilopounds per square inch (abbreviated ksi), e.g. X60 for pipe having a minimum yield strength of 60 ksi. See the table below for the standard available grades. We are passionate about pipe bending: Pipe bend, Bend pipe, Pipe bending, ANSI, ISO, JIS and DIN Standards, Measures 1/2 to 56 Inches. High pressure pipe bending

A High pressure pipe bending is a pipe bend that used in high pressure application. What is High pressure pipe bending Our induction pipe bending services are ideal for the the general and process pipework industries, offshore oil and gas production sectors and the power generation. We provide an exceptional range of post-bend heat treatment solutions. Methods of bends in carbon steel While the industry provides various means for bending the carbon steel pipe to the 5D bend, heat induction is the most widely-known–but not the most popular–technique in the industry. The pipe to be bent is subjected to extreme temperature, and when at the desired heat, a mode or model in the dimensions of the 5D bends is forced through the heated pipe, causing the pipe to conform to the bend of the 5D pipe dimensions. Carbon steel is the hardest pipe material used in this manner, and heat in
