Pipe fittings

Pipe fittings are work that involves the installation or repair of pipes or tubes. Pipes and tubes are necessary for a wide range of reasons. We are passionate about elbows, tees, reducer … Pipe elbows  >> Steel elbow is used to be installed between two lengths of pipe or tube allowing a change of direction, usually these carbon steel elbows distinguished by connection ends. +  Long radius  +  Short radius Pipe bending  >> Pipe bend can be made of variety materials, like carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel or high performance steel, etc. + 180 degree bending     +  ASTM API 5L Gr.B bends   Pipe Tees  >> We can provide seamless tube tees and welding tube tees, which can also be divided into straight tees and reducing tees.Usually, the pipe tees have the same inlet and oulet sizes. +  Reducing tee     +  Barred Tee   ...

Long radius pipe elbows

The long radius elbow is the elbow which the radius of curvature of is 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe. Normal size of long radius elbow: L/R 45° long radius elbow L/R 90° long radius elbow L/R 180° long radius elbow 'The long radius elbow is the elbow which the radius of curvature of is 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe; if the radius of curvature is greater than 1.5 times, the long radius elbow will be called the bend. The short radius elbow means that the radius of curvature of the elbow equals the diameter of the pipe, or 1 time the diameter of the pipe in common words. D is used to represent the diameter of the elbow. The long radius is used most commonly, and it is also the default radius. When it is the place with the high pressure or the high flow rate, the long radius elbow is usually used. If the resistance requirements of the solid transmission pipeline are strict, the larger radius elbows will be used.  The short radius elbow is ...

ASTM A420 Standard Specification

ASTM A420/A420M-07 Standard Specification for Piping Fittings of Wrought Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel for Low-Temperature Service. ASTM A420 WPL6 Grade is associated with ASTM A420 for pipe fittings manufactured of Wrought Carbon Steel. WPL6 is a normalized grade of carbon steel that has been Charpy Impact tested at -50 degree F for use in low temperature service. See Also ASTM A333 Grades 1 and 6 (for pipe) and A350 LF2 for flanges. ASTM A420 WPL6 Elbow after complete quality and performance measure inspection. These are widely appreciated for excellent quality, corrosion abrasion and high tensile strength with long life service. Materials shall consist of forgings, bars, plates, seamless or fusion welded tubular products with filler metal added, and shall be produced by open-hearth, basic-oxygen, or electric-furnace process. Forging or forming operations shall be performed by one or a combination of two or more of the following procedures: hammering, pressing, piercing, extr...

Type of Butt Weld Pipe Fittings

Buttweld is to connect pipes and fittings ends by a butt welding process. Also known by welded pipe fittings. It has ended in beveled or plain, dimensions normally from 3/4” to 24”. Manufactured according to ASME B16.9. In various materials like carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. There are different parameters to be considered before purchasing and that is the size of the pipe fittings in diameter, thickness of the wall to be according to the pressure in the pipes, materials, shape and many others. Types for Butt Weld Fittings Ranges from usage and functions, butt weld fittings include elbow, tee, reducer, cap, and lap joint stub end. Ranges from material types include carbon steel butt weld fittings, alloy, and stainless steel butt weld fittings. Pipe elbow The butt weld elbow is designed to change the direction of the fluid in the piping system. It has a long radius (LR) and a short radius (SR) type and has different degrees covers...
